Simon ensured the winders were all keyed the same and winders and screen frames were the same colour as my window frames. He was wonderful to deal with; polite and careful of my curtains etc. He worked steadily, measuring windows, making the frames and the metal inserts, and fitting everything together. He also ensured that on the narrow window frames the winders were offset so that they did not hit the frame when opening or closing the windows.
