What a great way to integrate the parents into their children’s art. The teachers at Art Kids Academy truly love art and it shows just how much they also love working with kids. I highly recommend the program to all aspiring young artists and those who simply just want a creative outlet. Our workshops focus on developing artistic skills, self-expression, and imagination, and are suitable for little beginners as well as older kids with more experience. With a mix of painting, drawing, clay and craft activities, children can dive into new ideas and enjoy time with other young creatives in a warm and supportive environment. We’ll look at how artists break the rules of reality — combining unlikely objects, bending space and time, and dreaming up new visual worlds — and then give our students the tools to do the same. We believe that everyone is an artist, and art making is an activity to be enjoyed by people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Our vision is to create an art school to encourage art making, experiment different art forms, and to inspire, to connect with one another, and to discover oneself and the world.
