If an item is broken then we will try to find the best way to repair it and will invoice the customer the repair costs not exceeding the total value of the item.
We also work closely with Sydney’s leading event suppliers, if you have a specific display in mind, let us know and we’ll put you in touch with who can make your vision a reality. We only take on a limited amount of bookings to ensure the balloon stylist can personally create and customise each event, for this reason we have limited availability for each day. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking ideally 2 – 3 months ahead of your event, some customers book 5 – 6 months prior. At the very minimum we require 2 weeks notice, assuming we are not fully booked.
