Once you have finished with your balloons, post or drop-off back to our studio  so your latex balloons can be correctly recycled. Please email us with as many details as possible including Date, Location and the items or service you require from us. Simply choose from one of our various delivery options and let us do the rest. The price was good, the brass bar tables looked stunning and delivery and pick up time was well communicated.
Either way, you will need to contact us in order for us to process your order. The customer is responsible for the items from when they are signed over during delivery. If an item is broken then  we will try to find the best way to repair it and will invoice the customer the repair costs not exceeding the total value of the item.
